1. What is the process?

• To start, we will schedule a virtual Intro Chat to understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.

• Complete your development checklist which details all the design elements we require to start development.

• Product Development conversation with a member of our Production team to discuss your designs.

• Sample stage: you will receive and review your samples

• Now we can head straight to production!

2. Are you able to help source fabrics?

Yes! we’re able to source any fabrics you may need.

3. What are your Minimum Order Quantities?

• Garment Production: 20 pieces per design, with a minimum of 3 designs.

• Fabric Printing: 30 yards per print.

4. What are your production lead-times?

On average, we estimate anywhere between 3-4 months lead-time- from sketch to delivery to your door. This timeline can vary, largely depending on which stage of the process you begin with us, your sourcing strategy, the complexity of your product and our current capacity.

Here’s a breakdown of the key stages:

• Illustrations & Tech-Packs: Typically completed in 7–10 working days.

• Samples: Take approximately 10 working days to produce.

• Main Production: Garment manufacturing and fabric printing usually require 4–7 weeks, depending on the order quantity.

5. Can I ensure my designs aren’t stolen or copied?

Your designs remain your property and we will never duplicate or reproduce them without your consent.

6. How do I get a quote?

Send us your designs and we'll provide you with a quote.

7. Can I make changes after the sample is produced?

Yes, you can request changes after the sample is produced. However, please note that any modifications will incur additional costs, as they involve further adjustments and production time. If the changes are due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs to ensure the sample meets your expectations.

8. Are there any taxes for fabric printing?

For fabric printing, customs duties and taxes may apply, but they are not always applicable. These fees are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Can I visit your facilities?

Our workshop is not open for public visits. However, we are happy to provide you with detailed information about our production process and answer any questions you may have.

Additionally, if you require a physical consultation, we can arrange that as well.
